Their services, food, and customer service were unparalleled. Throughout my week-long stay, every staff member, including those from the Lady in Red service, room service, laundry service, poolside, drivers, porters, greeters, security, dining room, and front desk, displayed top-notch professionalism. It was the perfect stay for my first visit to Ghana. While all interactions with the staff were exceptional, a few individuals truly stood out: Shuttle Drivers: - Hamza: I was all set and waiting at the airport when I arrived in Accra. I didn't have to lift a finger; Hamza cared for everything. He shared valuable information throughout my ride to the hotel and was incredibly informative! Thank you, Hamza, for your hospitality and welcoming me on my first visit to Africa! - Noah: On my return trip to the airport, Noah's exceptional help and kindness in handling my heavy bags and ensuring my comfort while waiting were greatly appreciated. Set in the heart of Accra Airport City and only a 5-minute walk from Kotoka International Airport, Accra Marriott Hotel features an outdoor swimming pool and a fully equipped fitness centre. The location is near the airport and makes things easy for me.

Mövenpick Ambassador Hotel Accra is a 10-minute walk from Accra National Museum. It features luxurious accommodation, a business centre, an outdoor swimming pool and wellness centre. My daughter hopped out of the taxi and proceeded to vomit her way towards the hotel. Deborah, the General manager, was coming out of the hotel at the same time and was super helpful, getting water and towels for my daughter and organising an early check in so my daughter could rest. The rest of the stay was also great, the staff were friendly and helpful. The food was good and the facilities lovely. We will definitely be returning for another stay (Hopefully without the vomiting!)
