The hotel is situated in a very convenient location, within walking distance to some tourist attractions (although most locals will tell you it's better to take the Metro or a taxi 😂). The hotel offered a very fulfilling breakfast, with food from both eastern and western cultures, dessert and freshly squeezed fruit juice. The staff were friendly and helpful when answering our inquiries. A big thank you for helping us book a taxi to the high-speed railway station.

Servis a ochota personalu byla na maximalní úrovni. Skvělé jídlo. Velmi příjemný byl i bazén s fitness v ceně.

Positioned in the CBD area, the upscale Hotel Indigo Xiamen Harbour offers relaxing beachside living in modern guestrooms with free wired internet. Sea view room had excellent views towards Gulangyu, with information of the monuments you can see, as well as some paper and coloured pencils to draw. The decoration is quirky and fun, making reference to the culture and history of Xiamen. Location is very good, close to Zhongshan Rd and short taxi drive to Nanputuo and Xiamen Uni. The hotel receptionist, Lydia Li (guest service manager), was extremely nice and helpful, aiding us to book a tour to the Nanjing Tulou, and was very attentive as well during our stay.

Hotel Swiss Grand Xiamen se nachází 3 minuty chůze od stanice metra Čen-chaj (Zhenhai Road), 5 minut chůze od místního přístaviště trajektů, 10 minut chůze od pěší zóny Čung-šan (Zhongshan Road) a 10... The room was modern, spacious and brightly lit. We especially liked the amazing view from both our room and the hotel club, overlooking Gulangyu island. Our hotel club waitress Susan provided exceptional 5-star service which left nothing at all to be desired. She attended to our every need and even expertly mixed cocktails for us. The hotel club chef created a new and broad selection of dishes, both Western and Chinese, every single day. This selection included warm dishes, cold dishes and even cakes (5 different kinds per day). If not for the amazing sights Xiamen has to offer, we would have stayed in the hotel club all day.
