FIVE Zurich - Luxury City Resort has a restaurant, free bikes, a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and fitness centre in Zürich. Stunning hotel, with lovely and helpful staff. The reception staff could not have been more accommodating and nice. And set a lovely tone for our stay and this continued to all other departments. The guys on the bar were brilliant, chatted to us and joking. And in true Bar man style remembered us everytime we turned up.

I felt like a queen staying here. The turn down service was so cute as they offered chocolates as well. The drinks at the bar were the best drinks I had in Europe. Special shout out to the lady bartender!
