Elegantní alpský hotel The Capra Saas-Fee se nachází v centru obce Saas-Fee, jen 2 až 5 minut chůze od několika lyžařských vleků. Everything. We loved how attentive everyone at The Capra was, we felt very welcomed. We really enjoyed the spa, and the gym is really complete and has amazing equipment! We loved the food, both for breakfast and dinner! We'll definitely come back to The Capra.

All people at the hotel were so friendly and helpful. It felt like they were your long time friends. The location is few minutes walk from the cable car - just perfect! Amazing choice of restaurants and super delicious breakfast! New, clean and charming The atmosphere of the hotel was exceptional and I will definitely come back

From the valley station of Zermatt's Sunnegga Cable Car, a lift takes you directly to the reception of the CERVO Mountain Resort, located right next to the ski slopes and hiking trails. Location was perfect. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Food was amazing, shout-out to The Bazaar restaurant for an excellent vegetarian experience 🤍

Situated on a rock, 45 metres above the roofs of central Zermatt, guests access The Omnia via a tunnel leading to an elevator, which brings them right into the lobby. The location was amazing as were the facilities. The staff was EXCEPTIONAL! The food was amazing!

Loved the fact that there was a balcony (ideal if you want to relax and chill) but we couldn't get a view of the Matterhorn from there. The breakfast was good as well, but thee need to be more people there for service. e.g. we had dinner the same night we checked in and it took us a while to catch someone's eye - since there were literally 2 people there! Location wise, it is fine, cause we chose the hotel because it wasn't a long walk from the station.
