The hotel is in amazing location, the facilities are exceptional, from the spa and the pool to the room itself. The staff is worm and welcoming and promptly gives assistance to almost everything.

Great and very friendly staff. Upgraded our rooms. Don’t miss the half board that included a 5-course dinner (amazing dishes and great service). Restaurant Staff were very nice and helped to celebrate our daughter’s birthday (thank a lot). Good for 3-4 day stay (hitching, biking, free tickets from hotel to take the gondola, rafting “desk made the booking for us”, nice swimming pool..).

The hotel is beautiful. and you can tell is a St. Moritz landmark. We were very impressed with the rooms, the food, the service and how the staff goes above and beyond to take care of it´s guests. The details for our kids were amazing, from stuffed animals to free ice cream. We would love to go back.
