We had a wonderful stay, the rooms were far way better than we expected, spacious, beautiful, clean and modern, the staff was helpful and kind as well Totally recommend to stay in Narcissus the royal Centric and beautiful They also have a gahwa majlis (coffee room), traditionally decorated, so cute Would love to come back 🥰

The customer service was beyond our expectation before flying to Riyadh, the staff were very supportive with all our requests and needs and got even better during our stay. First of all - very polite, attentive and helpful staff, customer service is highest quality. All employees whom we met - smiling when we talked with them, asking if are not missing anything and they can help us somehow. Room was spacious, clean, everything was there, we have not missed anything. Hotel location is very good - close to many restaurants and cafes of Olaya street, also not far from Kingdom Center. Breakfast was excellent, wifi was good and stable. Truly enjoyed our stay and recommend this hotel.
