Exceeded my expectations. The Hotel is super new, in a region that seems to be still developing. The room is great, the pool with a view of the sea and a great private beach. The staff was great, always very polite and helpful. There is a bakery inside the hotel which is wonderful for an afternoon snack.

We stayed just 2nights in this luxury hotel. we got free upgrade to club and enjoyed hospitality. The infinity pool is a great playgroud and nice place to visit when the light is on to have some romance walkaround. Food for breakfast was various and taste nice. Staff was very kind and helpful.

Amazing, helpful, superb service and friendliness of staff and willingness to assist you and make your stay comfortable. We have been upgraded and facilitated by the hotel upon our check in. First time coming back home to Philippines after 17 years and thart welcoming gestures makes a huge positive impression on us. We appreciate it a lot. Couldn't fault anything. “I recently stayed at the Sheraton Cebu Mactan Resort, and I had a wonderful experience. The room was amazing, with a stunning ocean view. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and they went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I especially appreciated the massage that I received, which was very relaxing and helped me to unwind after a long day of travel. The chef was also very accommodating, and she was able to create a special meal for me that was tailored to my dietary restrictions. I was also very impressed by the manger of operations, Mr. Khan, who sent me a cake to my room in celebration of Eid. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in Cebu." they took me to a beautiful snorkeling spot off the coast of Cebu. The water was clear and there were so many colorful fish to see. I even got to feed the fish, which was a lot of fun. I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone looking for a fun activity in Cebu.”

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, rooms are so clean and have all the facilities you need, beautiful view from balcony. The food was incredible, breakfast was satisfying and lots of choices. We spent a whole day between the beach and the pool and it was super relaxing, really enjoyed it. Everyone working at the hotel is super friendly and made our stay perfect.
