The gym was very well equipped. There is a rooftop terrace and pool with a cozy vibe and beautiful view. Overall the hotel is a 10 out of 10!

Exceptionally clean, well decorated, lovely artwork, great staff! They even surprised us with sparkling wine and meringues in the evening in our room! The bar is super nice and comfortable, I had a delicious drink called Blue Violent.

They went above and beyond to accommodate my gluten-free needs and helped organize a surprise for my mom’s birthday. They even arranged for a beautiful bouquet of flowers, which was presented to her during breakfast, moving her to tears—a truly touching moment. The property is stunning, intimate, with exposed stone walls, an impeccable design, and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was fantastic, offering plenty of variety, and I loved the thoughtful touch of cakes, water, and coffee available throughout the day. Such a lovely idea! The location is perfect, right in front of the Douro River. I highly recommend booking a room with a view on the fourth floor! Just outside, you'll find charming riverside restaurants, perfect for both quiet evenings and livelier settings. There’s music in the streets, yet the hotel remains a peaceful haven. I absolutely adored the high ceilings and the overall atmosphere. Thank you for your professionalism and for making our stay so memorable. Highly recommended!
