This is my first time in the north of Morocco and noticed the difference between south and north Moroccans. Place is really nice so many table and chairs to hang and breakfast was amazing. Would love to go back again.

Iguana Azul se nachází na výhodném místě ve čtvrti Old Town v destinaci Šafšawán. Kasba se nachází 300 metrů daleko, Outa El Hammam Square 300 metrů a Mohammed 5 Square 900 metrů. We spent two nights at Iguana Azul and were very happy with our stay. The riad is perfectly located—right in the medina, yet tucked away on a quiet and beautiful street just off the main road. Upon arrival, the receptionist, Walid, kindly offered us a choice between two rooms. The rooms were spotless, clearly newly renovated, with a comfortable bed and plenty of space. The rooftop terrace was a lovely place to relax, and the breakfast was generous and delicious. Amal at the reception was incredibly helpful in finding us the best way to travel from Chefchaouen to Rabat (note: when we were there, only one bus per day ran at 7 AM, but an alternative is taking a grand taxi to Tangier and then the TGV, which took us just 3.5 hours). We would have happily stayed longer—this is a truly comfortable, laid-back place, perfect for enjoying a coffee on the terrace with stunning views of the city. Thank you to the wonderful team—we highly recommend staying here!

From arrival to departure, everything was flawless thanks to the phenomenal staff. Imam, Wissam, and Rabiya at the Front Desk were friendly and attentive, setting the tone for our entire trip. Oussama and Maria from Guest Relations went the extra mile always checking if we needed anything and arranging small surprises that truly made us feel special. The bellboys were efficient, polite, and always ready to lend a hand. This hotel clearly values true hospitality. We will definitely be back
