Cutlery are provided kitchenware are available, even the basic ingredients such as salt, pepper & cooking oil are given. Staffs are very helpful, when we arrive, there was a gentleman who saw us trying to find our room and he’s very helpful and kind to show us where the room is and even carry our bags. Sorry I forgot to check his name but thank you.

La Fregate Hotel is an 18th-century house that offers modern amenities like free Wi-Fi and iPod docking stations. Each room also has a flat-screen TV and high-quality bed linens. I absolutely loved my room with its large deck overlooking the city and harbor! It was also very nice to enjoy the breeze up there on a hot day. The staff were all very kind and attentive. The breakfast was delicious. I would most definitely stay at La Fregate again !

We (my aged parents and I) just spent a week here. The team that looked after us were beyond compare. The hotel, its grounds and its facilities were immaculate. We absolutely loved this week.

The Fleur Du Jardin takes its names from a breed of Guernsey cows. Buses stop regularly outside the hotel, or you can hire a bicycle to explore the island. The room was very comfortable. I have stayed in most of the rooms in this hotel and this was one of the best. Separate bedroom and sitting area were a bonus. The room was very clean with a good selection of refreshments that were refreshed daily.

Dating back to 1858, the building was once the official residence of the island’s Governor. Today, the Old Government House still retains many beautiful original features and a timeless charm and elegance. The building has been lovingly restored and sympathetically refurbished, incorporating the modern facilities of a luxury hotel. Everything, but in particular the staff who were so helpful and friendly.
