Would be more than happy to book here again! Hidden away, cosy, clean, and clearly decorated by someone with a great eye for detail, which is always so so nice to see. Little unexpected breakfast treats were perfect since we forgot to get food for the morning, so we really appreciated them. Thank you very much for making us feel so welcome!

    Staff throughout the hotel were superb. Our room was clean, comfortable and a good size. Breakfast was buffet style and good value with choices. We also ate in both the restaurant and bar. The bar meal was particularly good. We stayed for 3 nights while visiting family and found the location good with easy access to M5. This is going to be our first choice hotel when we visit the grandchildren from now on.

    The room was clean and tidy. The pillows were comfy. There are some simple games and toys for young children in the public area. The breakfast was nice with plenty of choices, even with a kids corner. Staff were kind and helpful.

    We loved the facilties, pool and child friendliness (kids corner, floaties in pool, table at breakfast). It had quiet areas (my children have autism) and the staff were all lovely. The room was clean and well eqipt. My only small complaint was the sofa bed was very uncomfortable. However, better than others I have slept on when away with kiddies. Overall the good outweighed the one bad
