The food for room service was absolutely fantastic, the sharer platter was huge and delicious, the reception staff always friendly, helped us book a last minute excursion that was fantastic experience. Rooftop area with a view to Christ the Redeemer statue was great, with a little swimming pool and sit down area.

United StatesThe staff was extremely attentive. They are very knowledgeable and professional. There seemed to be three people at your side every minute making sure you had what you wanted. The hotel is directly across from the huge Copacabana beach. The hotel pool is large and is surrounded by the hotel and its three restaurants. Its a great place to spend the day. The Palace is all about service and luxurious surroundings. It was a great place to stay and relax.

(It's a hidden place also because from the street you don't see there is beautiful amazing house up there) Every corner of the house was adorned with handmade creations, creating a truly special and immersive experience. The attention to detail and personalised touch made our stay unforgettable. The interiors are cozy and warm, every 10mins you start seeing more and more handmade details. The air conditioner in our room wasn’t working and we asked for it to be fixed after we left. It's truly paradisiacal, only on weekends it gets full with Carioca tourists. There are secluded beaches and short hiking trails that invite you for a day trip. Otherwise, the area is very safe, family-friendly, and has everything you need for living. I was invited to have lunch with the owner family, I received a lot of help and everyone (the whole village) was wonderfully friendly.
