My stay at Urban Elephant was absolutely perfect. The location is unbeatable, and the views from the apartment were simply breathtaking, with a 360-degree panorama of Cape Town, the sea, and Table Mountain. The apartment was well-equipped with everything you could need, and the building's security made me feel very safe. The staff were all fantastic and accommodating. I had such a wonderful experience that I am already planning to return with my family and book one of the penthouses. Highly recommended!My stay at Urban Elephant was absolutely perfect. Everything met my expectations - they solved our technical issue immediately and offered generous compensation. The facilities are very clean and nice, the spa has spectacular view from the 19th floor. Breakfast is also excellent just as my overall experience with the staff.

My daughter and I had an exceptional stay. The staff went over and above to make us feel welcome. They advised us on what attractions to visit and provided a variety of suggestions. One staff member discovered it was my birthday and provided a gorgeous birthday dessert that was delivered to my room. Such a lovely gesture! The room and facilities were fun, artsy, and creative. The food was delicious; breakfast was included in the price and there was a great selection. I would happily stay at Gorgeous George again!

Firstly, it was located a few steps away from the tour/hop on buses and an excellent coffee shop. It cost about $5AUD by Uber down to V&A Waterfront. The views from the apartment were amazing. I'm not sure the pictures do it justice. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the building was super secure, with lovely friendly staff. Also, what a treat to have no loadshedding and hot water whenever we needed it. The owner even left washing liquid for the washing machine, and those thoughtful touches make all the difference.

We really enjoyed our stay in Cape Town. Great location in a charming building and a beautiful apartment right in the city center, with private parking for our rental car. If you don’t have a car, it’s also very easy to get around with the “MyCity” minibuses – the stop is just next to the building. Our host Jerzy was extremely friendly and helpful – someone you can truly always rely on, and who genuinely cared that we had a great time in Cape Town. He was always ready to help, and you could ask him anything. We felt like he was available for us 24/7, and we are very grateful for that. His motto – which we completely agree with – is: “Try me, I am the best.” Jerzy, you are amazing. Thank you!

We loved everything from the check in to check out all was fantastic! The unit itself is amazing and its picture perfect; what you see if what you get! Very Clean comfortable and has everything you need to a holiday home. We had our meals at the Mint and Bombay and they were fabulous…the hotel is in a safe location and there are many restaurants nearby.
