Location, location, location. Its right on the beach has two pools, a gym and the parking is included. I noticed some negative comments about the valet parking and room selections which were worrying before travel HOWEVER TO BE CLEAR we personally did not experience any of these negative aspects. Everything was efficient and clear. We LOVED the apartment we selected and it was exactly as described.

The most wonderful hotel on the coast! Spacious room with a fantastic view (the main thing is to choose the highest floor). Fully equipped kitchen. Toaster, coffee machine, washing machine, dryer - everything in the room. Very quiet! Comfortable bed! Delightful balcony! All 3 elevators ran frequently, there was no long wait. We were even checked in before check-in time.
Excellent recreation areas, there is even a full shower on the floor with the pool. Gym, billiards. Excellent pools and jacuzzi. There were always enough sun loungers for everyone. The beach is excellent. Within walking distance there are many cafes and shops, a shopping center, Starbucks.

We had a triple room and a studio and we were really happy with the location and the facilities we had. The kitchen is well equipped to have the breakfast and some coffee and the staff is very polite and careful with the guests. Location is great 1 minute from the beach and we had even beach umbrella and chairs provided by accommodation. A few restaurants are just around the corner and the Miami trolley is also just across the street.

The apartment is fully furnished and clean, is very good located, in a quiet area but close to the beach and supermarkets, there is a trolley stop in the corner to go to south beach. The communication was good they always answered us very fast and they were available. They provide us a kit for the beach like towels, etc. They refund us the money for use public car parkings in the area

Apartment is spacious. Wifi and airco are perfect. Place has three bathrooms. Small walk to the beach. You can reach all parts of Miami easy by Uber. Parking turned out not to be free but host mentioned this in time and even compensated parking costs (because the add mentioned it to be free). Parking tip: park on beach park at 75th street and use the app. Parking is $1 an hour between 8-23, you can do max $10 at one time but when using the app you can recharge without going to your car.

Very good value for money, and great location in north miami beach. Bedrooms are nice and dark too if you need them to be, so if you're out enjoying the late-night antics of Miami like I was then this is a big plus.
