Room: maybe not very large, but efficient use of space and clean, and the bed is great/massive. All rooms have a massive window and mine had an impressive view of downtown Boston. Decent shower/bathroom as well. More European style than American in that sense. Wi-Fi works as expected. Enough power sockets to plug in electrical devices. Hotel itself: has space to keep your bag after checkout. Check-in was super easy. Friendly and helpful staff. Free coffee in the morning even if you don't have the breakfast package. The lounge area is awesome. It is very inviting, and has ample space for relaxing, or when you want to get some work done. Decent bar as well. I'm not a breakfast person, so not reviewing that. This is my second CitizenM hotel I've stayed at, and will definitely look for the brand in other cities in the future.

This Boston luxury hotel is located in the Italian North End district, offers in-room spa services and is eco-friendly. It features a 24-hour gym and morning coffee and tea service. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. The design of the room & bathroom was very nice. Location was good just few steps across TD Garden. There are a lot of restaurants around the area. There is also a complimentary breakfast at the hotel lobby.
