This hotel was so different from the classic hotel concept — we truly felt at home here. Even before our arrival, Gianluca’s kind communication stood out. He explained in such a polite and thoughtful way that he would not be at the hotel when we arrived, and sent us very detailed instructions on how to check in by ourselves. Everything worked perfectly. The hotel itself is in a beautiful historic building, just like a typical Venetian home, and in a wonderful location. Breakfast — which Gianluca asked us about in advance — was delivered right to our door at the exact time we preferred. It was much better and more varied than in many hotels we’ve stayed at, and the croissants were simply amazing! We only stayed for two nights, but our hearts remained there. On the second day, we had a small issue and they did everything possible to solve it. At check-out, they explained everything with so much care that we left without a single question in our minds. Gianluca and his wife truly made us feel like family. Being able to leave our luggage safely until our trip to the airport was another big help. We never had any problem communicating — even if language could sometimes be a barrier, the heartfelt connection made everything so easy. We are truly grateful for every detail and every effort. Grazie di cuore! 💕

The location is excellent, very nice rooms, venetian style, comfortable beds and great breakfast!!! 5 minutes from the bus/train station and easy to get to. Was the perfect place for us to stay. The host was very kind and always helpful! Nina was also very nice and very helpful. Thank you!

Perfect location to go in and out of Venezia island. Most of the island is in walking distance so I was happy to stay here than near the touristic area. I could take benefit of Hotel Olympia while staying here and it was quiet, spacious and so clean. Could not complain at all.
