To be honest, I wasn't expecting that the staffs there to be so friendly and warm that much because I am only used to Japanese hospitality. One of the staff members even tried to speak Japanese and we were glad that she had taken the time to learn it. We had a bit of trouble checking in, though, they handled it smoothly. It was kept clean inside and outside the building, and I liked the scent in the reception hall. There was a water dispenser which allowed us to avoid buying a bunch of bottles of water. Also, since one of my friends is a big fan of Star Wars series, he got excited so much when he realized we could watch a variety of disney movies in the hotel room as much as we wanted to! This hotel is said to be the most affordable of the three official disney hotels, but we were satisfied with the staffs, facilities and the shuttle buses. I would rate this hotel 120 out of 100 and so would my friends.

We enjoyed our entire stay at this hotel. Although we had to check out and move to Central, we came back on our last day because we truly loved the comfort of this hotel and the free shuttle services it offers. We also appreciated how they clean the rooms daily, even without being asked. We felt safe here, and despite being quite far from Hong Kong Island, we found it convenient thanks to the shuttle services. The staff were wonderful. However, I hope there will be more Asian or Filipino food options, as well as white rice, in the buffet breakfast. Overall, it was a very nice stay, and we will definitely be back!

1. Free bus shuttles to airport and Tung Chung station from where one takes the Cable Car and also a main public transport station. 2. Good location if you want to go to Disneyland, take the cable car and visit Lantau island. As we were a family of 4 with two small children under 3 we preferred to stay closer to the tourist attractions in Lantau island. 3. Staff was friendly and helpful especially the concierge who helped us with the taxi order and gave us advice on how to get to Shenzen by taxi. 4. Clean and spacious room, we asked for extra water and was provided fast. 5. Good and plenty of options for breakfast. We would highly recommend it.

Novotel Citygate features spacious accommodation a short walk from Tung Chung MTR and Ngong Ping 360. The 4-star hotel offers free shuttle services to Hong Kong International Airport.

Location next to a big shopping mall with loads of restaurants and shuttle bus to the airport were good. Staff was very helpful for the requests I had during my stay.

Location And the facilities are great. The hotel staff are very friendly and considerate.

City Oasis Guesthouse is located at a small village in the outskirts of Tung Chung on Lantau Island. It features free WiFi throughout the property.
