We stayed at Disney Explorers Lodge for 2 nights—our first time at a Disneyland hotel—and it was exactly what we expected from the Disney experience: fun, a bit chaotic, and full of energy. The hotel itself is themed beautifully, with lots of charming details, and it’s perfect if you want to be close to the park. The complimentary shuttle made getting to the gates easy and quick. We mainly booked the character breakfast for the photo opportunities, and it delivered! Just keep in mind, the atmosphere is lively, loud, and not particularly relaxing—more about fun than calm. That said, the variety of food was impressive, and even after two days, we hadn't tried everything. The room cleaning was excellent and done discreetly, which we appreciated. If you're planning to spend your days in the park and want that full Disney immersion (plus guaranteed character photos), this is absolutely the right hotel. Three days felt like the perfect amount of time.

The interior of design of the hotel was really nice and cozy. Spacious rooms. Great shower. Amazing hotel. Close to airport. Linked to a shopping center, so it is perfect to spend some time in case your catching a flight.

Perfect location for those who plan to visit Disneyland theme park. Room space, view and decoration are perfect. Breakfast in Enchanted Garden are super nice, there was variety of choices of foods and drinks to choose but better pre-book for a table.

To be honest, I wasn't expecting that the staffs there to be so friendly and warm that much because I am only used to Japanese hospitality. One of the staff members even tried to speak Japanese and we were glad that she had taken the time to learn it. We had a bit of trouble checking in, though, they handled it smoothly. It was kept clean inside and outside the building, and I liked the scent in the reception hall. There was a water dispenser which allowed us to avoid buying a bunch of bottles of water. Also, since one of my friends is a big fan of Star Wars series, he got excited so much when he realized we could watch a variety of disney movies in the hotel room as much as we wanted to! This hotel is said to be the most affordable of the three official disney hotels, but we were satisfied with the staffs, facilities and the shuttle buses. I would rate this hotel 120 out of 100 and so would my friends.

Easily accessible from the airport in 35 minutes by taxi, Hong Kong Gold Coast Hotel provides a pleasurable escape from the city’s hustle and bustle.

The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, with a fantastic view. Upon arriving in the middle of the night after experiencing flight delays, we were greeted by friendly staff with a room upgrade. I only wish we could have stayed longer than our overnight transit, as there was so much within the hotel we wanted to explore but just didn't have time. So many children's activities, as well as places to relax or get some work done. The breakfast was excellent. We will be back again next time we're in Hong Kong.

There is free shuttle bus from Tong Chung station to hotel. Room was nice and comfortable. Layout of the room are spacious.

1. Free bus shuttles to airport and Tung Chung station from where one takes the Cable Car and also a main public transport station. 2. Good location if you want to go to Disneyland, take the cable car and visit Lantau island. As we were a family of 4 with two small children under 3 we preferred to stay closer to the tourist attractions in Lantau island. 3. Staff was friendly and helpful especially the concierge who helped us with the taxi order and gave us advice on how to get to Shenzen by taxi. 4. Clean and spacious room, we asked for extra water and was provided fast. 5. Good and plenty of options for breakfast. We would highly recommend it.

Location next to a big shopping mall with loads of restaurants and shuttle bus to the airport were good. Staff was very helpful for the requests I had during my stay.
