The hotel is similar to a five-star hotel in terms of level. A young man checked us in, everything was polite and cool. They offered an upgrade and gave us a 2-hour late check-out. It feels like customer loyalty is a priority. We want to stay here again on our next trip.

Firstly, the hotel's location is excellent – very safe and within walking distance to major attractions, with convenient access to shopping and transportation. Secondly, the hotel service is outstanding; the staff is friendly, providing prompt guidance, responding quickly to our requests, and executing them efficiently. Lastly, we were highly satisfied with the hotel room – spacious, clean, bright, well-equipped with cooking facilities, and featuring a comfortable bed. It's perfect for travel stays, and it left us with wonderful memories for our New Year's holiday. If we return to London, we would consider staying here again and recommend it to friends.

Staying here was a delight — the studio was impeccably clean, compact but cleverly arranged, and felt surprisingly peaceful despite being right in central London. The kitchenette and work space were real bonuses, and it was incredibly convenient to walk to Barbican and Farringdon stations. The host provided clear check-in instructions, and the communication throughout was excellent. Highly recommended for city breaks.
