The location is in fact not that bad. The hotel is not in the centro with key attractions around. But after a few minutes walk to Setas de Sevilla, there is a street (busy area with restaurants and shops) to flow through to the Cathedral, Li Gralida (around 15m walk; you may wonder around and stop by for street performance). For Plaza de Espana, it takes time to walk there even you are in the centro.
The room is modern and clean (too big for me; not an easy reach to bathroom located at the end d of the room). Breakfast is good with choices (as I stayed for 3 nights, it would be great to have some differences on an alternative day). Staff are all very nice and helpful.
