We had a very nice room, with lots of space, a very nice and large bathroom with and really nice towels. And the room was perfectly cleaned. The fridge was a great thing staying a very hot week in august and the aircondition worked perfectly. And the pool area was super for cooling down on the hot days. The breakfast was fantastic with a great number of selections in high quality and egg dishes made to order. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is really great in a very quite street, but super close to everything.

the location is amazing, less than 8 minutes to the bus stop that can take you to the airport, and have supermarkets and great restaurants nearby; the staff were super friendly and made us feel welcomed; room was clean and cozy, not too big, but everything was tidy and well organised; the brunch at the lounge worth the price, very good proportion for what we paid. would stay here next time if i visit Palma

Everything about my stay was wonderful — the room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel’s location in the heart of Palma is also perfect for exploring the city. But what truly made the experience special was the staff. Juliette, Marie, Joan and the lovely lady who prepared breakfast may be the kindest and most helpful people I’ve ever encountered in all my travels. The genuine warmth and outstanding service of the team make this hotel truly stand out. I will definitely be back!
