Everything was perfect , I booked a room with a balcony and river view. Location was great , within walking distance to shops/ restaurants. Food on boat during breakfast and dinner service was lovely , all staff very attentive and welcoming.

Breakfast was very delicious, room was very cosy and it was the perfect size for my stay. The location is perfect for everyone who are coming from the airport (aprox. 20 min with public transport) or going to a concert (Merkur-Spiel Arena).

Lovely staff, room was exactly what we needed. The washer/drier in the bathroom was really useful when we got soaked in rain showers one day. The bar was really nice also, great cocktail menu and the staff were excellent.

Square Rooms 20 is ideally located for exploring on foot. The Christmas markets, shops, bars and restaurants are so close. The room was exceptionally clean and well thought out. You have everything you need. The heating during winter was perfect and the bathroom is even fitted with a heated towel rack. The bathroom itself is really nice with beautiful finishes. There are bath robes, soft towels and a space to hang your clothes. There is WiFi and a device charging station. Our host was so friendly and helpful and also kindly provided drinks and snacks. Square rooms is an excellent place to stay in Dusseldorf and I would highly recommend it!

From the start, communication was quick and thorough. The apartment was well equipped and serviced daily, which was a pleasant surprise to us. The bed was comfortable. Location in the Old Town was fantastic. Quick walk to train stations for our meetings and tourist attractions, restaurants, Rhine Promenade and many more things. Mario and the Square Rooms team were very pleasant and helpful with both the apartment facilities and activity suggestions. We have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation
