Excellent vibe and close 3 minutes walk to Bella Vista and high rated restaurants are just across the street so very comfortable. The staff is very helpful and volunteers were very friendly. This is a place you feel at home. We visited during Christmas and they had lot of fun activities.

Bella Vista was such a great choice, close to amazing landscapes and incredible night life especially for LGBT+ community. Breakfast was fine and the room pretty fair, I chose to get a private one as I was travelling and had lots of luggages to store.

The hotel was exactly as advertised - which is all I hoped for. However, a special mention is required for the extra yards that Boris took in ensuring I was looked after. He was very helpful in making recommendations, advising me of local restaurants (down to specific menu and wine choices), assisting with requests, and ensuring my stay was as comfortable as it could be. His attentiveness was much appreciated.
