Breakfast was excellent with hot and cold options : fruit cup, yogurt, cereal, toast,juice, coffee, eggs any way, eggs Benedict, smoked salmon, bacon. Location was within walking distance to town and restaurants, in a quiet area with lush gardens and amazing birds! On site relaxing pool area. Room had unique round configuration with a thatched roof and was very clean. Host, Lee , and hostess, Debbie were very nice and hospitable and very willing to help with recommendations and reservations . Bed was very comfortable. The guesthouse had only 2 cottages so it was very quiet.

Situated on a working grape and olive farm, Fransvliet Guest House features spacious suites with a private verandah and a garden with outdoor pool. The guest house is 4 km away from Franschhoek. We had an absolutely fantastic stay, even though it was just for one night. Vanessa took such great care of us, and we were even upgraded to a better room. We truly wish we could have stayed longer. The area is beautiful and close to everything you need.

This exclusive 5-star residence offers a solar-heated swimming pool and a wooden deck with views of the Franschhoek Mountains. Each of the air-conditioned rooms has an iPod Docking Station. Beautiful decor and in a great location. Rooms were large and the beds were very comfortable. We felt very at home here.
