I liked the reception staff, especially (Hani and Topaz), as they guided me daily about the expected weather conditions and also the most desirable sites to visit on the given day. It was as if they were tour guides in addition to their job duties. I thank all the staff and work crew at the hotel and all the best to the hotel management for managing the work system in an excellent way.

A great location in old Hanoi with surprisingly quiet rooms, considering the noise of Hanoi itself! Lovely comfy bed and large bathroom. Bedroom size is a on the smaller side, but this is a city hotel so to be expected perhaps. What really sets this hotel apart from others is the service provided by the staff, especially Hannah the front office manager, who was incredibly helpful in not only organising and booking activates for us while in Hanoi, but also transfers and taxis whilst we were exploring the rest of the country - the service we received from her really was five star!
