Hotel se nachází uprostřed Staré čtvrti, která je nepředstavitelným mraveništěm. Naprosto chaotická doprava, Po chodnících přeměněných v dílky, obchody či "restaurace" se sice nedá chodit, ale zato se zde dají báječně pozorovat lidé a jejich život. Je to úžasné. Na ulici chaos, ale v hotelu klid. Velmi úslužný personál. Zejména bychom chtěli poděkovat slečně Bonie, která nám ochotně se vším pomáhala. Svoji dvoutýdenní cestu po Vietnamu jsme končili právě v Hanoji a tak jsme ocenili i to, že hotelová snídaně byla více "evropštější" než v předcházejících destinacích.
