All of the staff were helpful and friendly, you can tell they care about providing a nice experience for guests. Breakfast was included which was a nice touch

I even don’t know from where to start )) The location is perfect 👌 the view from the room is astonishing, the room itself was clean, big and spacious. Breakfast was delicious and really tasty 😋 The owners are wonderful and very friendly. Definitely recommend it !

Super clean with a traditional house feel. Lots of windows to let the fresh air in. The location was super close to the lake but off the main tourist road so it was significantly quieter. Peter was an amazing host and shared lots of good tips for places to go, as well as extremely friendly and hospitable. The best BnB/hotel I’ve ever been to.

From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make my experience special. The receptionist was incredibly kind and helpful—since I arrived earlier than the check-in time after a night of travel, she made the necessary arrangements so I could get my room a bit early, which I truly appreciated. The room itself was lovely—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The wellness area was also a highlight, featuring three small saunas and a pool with a stunning view of Lake Bled. The attention to detail was remarkable, especially with the Valentine's weekend touches—heart-shaped chocolates on the bed, fruit and water in the room, and everything I needed for the wellness area, including bathrobes, slippers, and towels. The staff throughout my stay were attentive and welcoming. The breakfast, which was included, was another highlight. It was served à la carte, and everything was beautifully presented. The eggs Benedict were fantastic, and the selection of coffee, croissants, butter, honey, and jam was simply delightful—everything tasted fresh and high-quality. I also had the pleasure of attending one of their wine tastings, and Tylan (hope I got the name right!) was fantastic. His deep knowledge and passion for wine made the experience truly enjoyable. Overall, my stay at Hotel Triglav was wonderful, and I’m already looking forward to returning. Highly recommend!

The owners were very friendly. At this point in our travels we needed to do laundry and they allowed us to do 2 loads. The apartment was comfortable and very clean.

Jana, the owner, was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to make us feel at home, treating us like her own grandchildren. Her warmth and hospitality made our stay truly special. The B&B is also a perfect base for outdoor enthusiasts, offering a plethora of activities such as hiking, canoeing, and even Viking-themed adventures. I highly recommend Ukanc Vila Park B&B for anyone looking for a cozy retreat with stunning natural surroundings and outstanding hospitality.
