We arrived early in the morning and were granted an early check-in, which allowed our tired kids to rest before we began our day. The staff were incredibly kind and made every effort to ensure our stay was memorable. The hotel also offered extra amenities and was conveniently located near the water park and shopping malls. We would definitely return!

The room and furnishings were very nice. I was upgraded for free to a 2-bedroom suite, which was wonderful. The bathroom & rooms were very clean and luxurious. I also liked the hotel gym. The location was also good - I walked to the Petronas Towers one day. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My clothes got locked in the washing machine one night and staff came up right away to help, which was very much appreciated. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Kuala Lumpur and looking for a high quality hotel to relax in.

Conveniently located in Bukit Bintang, The Kuala Lumpur Journal Hotel is a retro-inspired accommodation surrounded by specialty bars and shopping centres. It was beautiful. Not a huge hotel but the rooms were spaciuos. Tucked slightly away from the busy roads of bukit bintang hence noise was not a problem. Good water pressure. The food was good. The staff were very helpful. Excellent service from all the staff

Hotel Aloft Kuala Lumpur Sentral se nachází naproti nádraží Kuala Lumpur Sentral, 6 km od centra města. Everything (convenient location right next to Sentral Station, spacious and clean room and lovely decorated), sound proofing room, spacious bathroom, all the stuff you would need in a hotel room are included, huge and comfy bed, tidy linens. Pity I didn’t enjoy more of the room (I checked in late afternoon and left early morning) and I couldn’t check the pool.
