Really welcoming and friendly people. A small hotel kept with love and lots of details. Beautiful lush garden, lots of privacy and all you need for the room and the pool. They kindly changed my dates, stored my bag, helped me with travel arrangements and useful tips around Tulum. Rooms are spacious, beds are good, showers hot. Coffee maker in the room and hot/cold water refill available. Really, a great choice!

The hotel is gorgeous and a peaceful gem amongst the really busy Tulum. Great rooms with sea view and nice beach access incl lounge chairs and sun beds. We had a very relaxing and recharging week here. The staff is exceptionally friendly, personable and accommodating. They were incredible with recommendations for excursions and provided lots of help to prepare my proposal to my now fiancée. An unforgettable week at Sueños.

Located on the coast of Xcalacoco Beach 10 minutes outside of Playa del Carmen, this luxury resort and spa situated in the tropical rainforest features a restaurant. While planning a winter escape, I focused more on the type of resort rather than location or beach. I wanted to feel pampered, zen and with nature. I had stayed at Viceroy hotels in the US before and always had a good experience, so I was happy to find this one with only 40 or so rooms and the type of setting I was seeking. The care the staff took was unparalleled to any other experience we’ve had. They looked after us, brought us treats, knew our preferences and were always so accommodating. The massage was the best we ever experienced. The vibe of the common areas is low key; no loud music or obnoxious behavior, the food was excellent. The suites are so different from your average resort, the bed was huge and comfortable, each room has an outdoor shower and plunge pool. The rain head showers were a delight with excellent pressure. I can’t say enough about this wonderful place (obviously). If you’re seeking an out-of-the-ordinary adult experience to relax and be pampered, this is the place.

Located on Playa del Carmen's vibrant 5th Avenue, Unic Design Hotel is an elegant property offering accommodations just 5 minutes' walk from Mamitas Beach Club. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Location is excellent, right on the 5th Avenue. Staff is friendly and courteous as well.

Great water pressure and just steps from the pool. The grounds were immaculate with beautiful tropical plants and setting. The front desk clerk, Jesus, was super helpful and was a native Spanish speaker and also spoke perfect English. Just looking for a roof over my head and was pleasantly surprised by the surroundings. I will be staying there on any subsequent stays.

Featuring Mexican-style décor, Hotel Casa Colibri is a sea-front boutique hotel located in the heart of Playa del Carmen. Breakfast is amazing! The staff is super friendly and accommodating, specially Hector! The room was spacious and clean, comfy beds and nice balcony with a hammock. This is not related to the hotel but to climate change, the beach was almost gone at the time of our visit, but the staff from Lido was super helpful and re-arranged the tables and sun beds accordingly.

Lovely accomodation for a beach getaway. For a very busy and noisy town. You felt very sheltered from it. Access via a corridor through from the street. The only noise that was annoying was doof doof music played by competing establishments in the morning in particular, while utilising the beach chairs. The other rooms isn't immediately noticeable due to the design. It was lovely. Nice breakfasts, massages and beach location in the very centre of Player Del Carmen.

Tento malý hotel stojí na vyhlášeném bulváru Avenida 5 v Playa del Carme, x části známé jako Little Italy. Nabízí osobité, ale pohodlné pokoje jen pár kroků od pláží Karibského moře. Hotel na hlavní turistické ulici se spoustou obchodů a barů. Pokud chcete klid, pak je lepší mít pokoje do dvora. Atrium je jak v botanické zahradě, krása. a v hotelu byl velmi milý a nápomocný personál.
