Spiro the owner and host was great! Place is perfect for families. Pool and jacuzzi on the balcony facing the bay are super fun. RECOMENDED!

First of all - Marko is an AMAZING host. My spouse and I arrived one day early due to a planning error on our own part; Marko was extremely accommodating and helpful in trying to find us somewhere to stay for that first night (his hotel was fully booked at the time). It seems he's close friends with every single person in Perast, and in the end he found us a place to stay for the night (mind you, at a perfectly fair and reasonable price). Throughout our stay Marko and his wife were incredibly attentive to our every need, and gave us valuable and in-depth information about everything there is to do in and around Perast. The room we stayed in was spacious, quiet, super clean, and comfortably cool due to the AC. The view of the bay and the little harbor was fantastic too. Absolutely spectacular service; we cannot recommend it enough. 10/10!

Exactly what we've been looking for. The host was very kind and understanding! We had a great time, coffee and restaurants are very near, the rooms are big and authentic, just perfect ❤️

Tento 4hvězdičkový boutique hotel v centru starého města Kotoru se nachází v paláci Buca ze 13. století, který je chráněnou památkou UNESCO. I've been to this hotel before and it was a great experience. This time i came here again off season and got one of the rooms at the top of the hotel - it was suuuuper nice. All the room sare different though, but all nice!

The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavor, with options that cater to every taste. Everything we tried exceeded our expectations. What truly made our stay unforgettable, though, was the exceptional service. The entire staff was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive. A special mention goes to Vladana, who stood out with her kindness, positive energy, and attention to detail. She made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for – a true gem! We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommended, and we will definitely be coming back!
