Staff was lovely and super helpful in arranging tours and transportation. Close proximity to town, restaurants and spas. Pool was in a peaceful garden setting. Room was large, with high ceilings and a nice balcony overlooking the pool. Breakfast was great. We had a wonderful stay!

Conveniently located in Siem Reap, 7 Makara Street in Wat Bo Village. We are a non - foreigner worker. Our staffs are all local people. On our first trip to Cambodia! Had a great stay here, the room was nice and lovely everything was clean and amenities was well appointed as well with daily room service in the afternoon. The staff were all very friendly toward guests and very helpful, they always helping out when you need them especially with the reception team. The hotel has a calm and peaceful atmosphere. We would like to thank all of the staff for an enjoyable stay.

I stayed for quite a long time, and every day felt better than the one before. Even though I was traveling solo, I felt warmth, comfort, and a sense of being cared for throughout my stay. If you’re looking for comfort, great food, and genuine care, this is the place.

Jungle in the city centre - To explore the city on foot at your own leisurely pace, “The Urban” is the best choice. Relaxing oasis inside the noisy city! Food was perfect, staff extremely helpful and friendly) Swimming pool 🔥 We book tour to Angkor wat from the hotel and it was just perfect! Highly recommended
