Hotel Pacific Kanazawa is located just a 15-minute walk from JR Kanazawa Train/Bullet Train Station. Free WiFi and a bicycle rental service are available on site. The host was super friendly, and always with a smile in the face. From the moment when we arrived, we felt at home. As well, in the reception it is a cafeteria and they have a great coffee and other drinks. They recommended us different restaurants and places to visit. My wife and I will definitely stay there again.

The staff was helpful, generous and caring. Breakfast was great. The public bath was great. We enjoyed it very much.

The staff were excellent! We got recommendations of things to do and ended up in a lovely place to experience the tea ceremony. Also, they were very helpful in shipping an item we forgot to our next accommodation. The location was great with walking distance to everything, and the rooms very cozy.
