The location is in a quiet and green residential area, less than 10 mins walk from the centre and from all the cafes and restaurants. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Residenza Marchesi Pontenani offers self-catering apartments in Florence, a 5-minute from Santa Croce square and 800 metres from Uffizi Gallery. It features a garden and free WiFi throughout. The B&B De Biffi was a throw stone away from Duomo Square. The room was very clean, comfortable and the staff was very gentile. We really recommend it.

The accommodation was excelent, very cosy, very very close to everything! The room was so pretty, nicely decorated and we had everything we needed, the little fridge was super helpful. We even had a small balcony, overlooking orange trees. The host was so lovely and helpful, we communicated via whatsapp and answered all our questions. We even had some chocolates on the bed when we arrived, juice in the fridge and a small bottle of champagne which were very much appreciated, since we spent new year there. 7 minutes to Pisa Leaning Tower, 20 to the train station, and right in the old town, a short walk from everything. 100% would recommend this place and will come back for sure
