The place is very authentic and beautiful. We spent only one night and everyone was very nice and welcoming. They accommodated our early check in and we liked the room. It was 4 of us and they gave us a family room that has an additional room with two beds for the kids. Breakfast was amazing and there was a snack throughout the day too.

Located in Volterra's historic centre, Albergo Etruria is just 100 metres from the Piazza dei Priori and Roman theatre. Rooms have free Wi-Fi and the gardens have views over the town. Helpful staff , I came for Andrea bocelli concert, location of the hotel was great , next to the information center and touristic areas , shuttle bus to the concert was 1 minute away , hotel area is very vibrant which I loved, as a solo woman traveler hotel was in a safe area and secure .

Loved this place! So nice to relax. We were meant to be going on a cruise but we canned it. It was lovely to have this relaxing setting to sit outside and book and plan what we were going to do instead. Host went above and beyond for us. Walk took about an hour to the Learning Tower but we enjoyed it.

The property is stunningly beautiful and sympathetically decorated: both rooms and bathrooms were an absolute delight. Great location too. I had problems with the cancellation of a flight and the owner was so helpful in providing me with the correct documentation I needed, and helping me to get a taxi. I was travelling with my elderly mother, and the owner really went the extra mile to help us in difficult circumstances. A real gem!

The hotel is very clean and in a great location — close to the airport and just a 15-minute drive to the Leaning Tower of Pisa. There’s a bus stop nearby and a few restaurants within walking distance, which is super convenient. Frederico was amazing — I always appreciate supporting family-run businesses, and you can really feel the personal touch here. I was pleasantly surprised that the room was cleaned every single day — something you don’t even see often in many 5-star hotels in Europe! Breakfast was also very good. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Pisa
