Loved everything, felt like an intimate luxury hotel. Staff were very attentive and smartly dressed, breakfast was amazing. Their environmental ethic was first class. They had a little wafer (like ice cream wafer) basket to pour jam or honey into, then you ate it afterwards. They thought of everything.

He was so helpful, made us feel very welcome. He helped carry our luggage. He explained everything perfectly. The room was great. We wish we had booked our whole stay in Rome at this place. We will tell all our friends and family how great La Residenza is . This morning Denis took us to the taxi rank and carried our luggage (again) and waved us goodbye. Please tell him we really enjoyed our stay, and give him our thanks.

Across the road from Campo de' Fiori, Navona Queen Rooftop is in a 19th century building and offers a panoramic terrace with a hot tub overlooking Rome, Castel Sant'Angelo and the Gianicolo hill. The staff was incredible. The room was amazing. And the rooftop is unbeatable. Nothing negative to say.
