From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the excellent front office staff, particularly Leo, who took exceptional care of us throughout our stay. Leo was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that all of our needs were met and that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, from recommending local restaurants to arranging transportation for us. The hotel itself was stunning, with modern and luxurious accommodations that exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with breathtaking views of the city skyline. The amenities were top-notch, and we felt pampered and well taken care of during our time there. Overall, our experience at The Upper House Hotel was truly exceptional, thanks in large part to the fantastic service provided by Leo and the rest of the front office staff. Wonderful hotel which is located in Tsim Sha Tsui, best night scene and super comfortable bed! You can go downstairs to enjoy shopping/foods at Elements and walk 10mins to M+ museum. It's also convenient to walk surrounded to Canton Road. I'll choose W every time when I go business travel.

Regent Hong Kong has undergone a remarkable transformation into a majestic haven on Victoria Harbour. My flight arrived early and they accommodated me with a room without waiting. Really appreciated theaearly room access after a 17 hr long haul flt. Made a difference.
