Delicious Breakfast: A special mention goes to their homemade and locally produced breakfast. The fresh and tasty offerings each morning were a delightful start to our days. Ploes is my new favorite hotel! It’s absolutely stunning, the art details, the care the owners have taken in restoring it, it’s simple but elegant and almost like staying in a good friends home. Our bedroom was gorgeous, the amenities were just right, the access to swim is amazing and unlike anything I’ve experienced. The breakfast is the best I’ve had at a hotel! The staff are incredible and go above and beyond, there is nothing they won’t do to make your trip amazing.
