The great location next to the rail station: just 2 minutes walk. The main attractions, food and shopping areas are within walking distance. The room was spacious, clean and cosy. The bed is very comfortable. Very good and delicious breakfast. The staff was very polite and helpful.

In the pretty village of Calverley, this 19th-century inn is just 7 miles from Leeds and offers an on-site pub with hearty food. Free parking is available, and Leeds Bradford Airport is 6 miles away. Can't comment on breakfast but we had a family dinner in the restaurant the first evening and the menu was varied and interesting and very well prepared and served. One guest found a problem with one main course and it was replaced immediately without question. The room we had was large, comfortable, clean and had a lovely bathroom with superb large shower. The staff were friendly, helpful and patient even when the two small children who came with our family group got very boisterous. The location on the edge of the countryside yet a pleasant walk or short drive to Farsley centre is perfect. Big car park at no charge was the icing on the cake for us when many hotels now charge for parking. Thank you for an excellent stay.
