Less than 5 km from the coast and beside the Basque town of Irun, this charming hotel has a lovely garden and free internet. Beautiful rooms. Modern and stylish and the hotel was also just as nice with a log fire blazing in reception. Nice touch.

Hotel Villa Soro occupies 2 classical buildings, one of which was built in 1898 and is a Historical Heritage Building of San Sebastian. Free WiFi is available. The staff were wonderful and discreet. The place itself is just gorgeous. I came on a solo trip and felt very taken care of. Service = top. I also had some spa treatments, wonderful as well. The breakfast was lovely and could be customized. Worth every penny.

The location and view could not be better. The staff -- very nice and helpful. Nice bar. We tried the restaurant only once, for lunch, but it was good. We will stay here again when we come back.

The Zinema7 is themed around cinema and the San Sebastián Film Festival. Each room offers free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV’s and is dedicated to an actor or director who has visited the city. Very good location. I have MS and drive a a mobility scooter. It was easy to drive it into the hotel and the room. I had a disabled toilet that was very comfortable to use. Our room was very big and nicely decorated with Elizabeth Taylor’s pictures. It was entertaining to see all the pictures of all the actors and actresses. I recommend this hotel. I will come back,

What a find! Hotel Gaintza is a hotel and winery located in the countryside next to the Camino de Compostela northern route. Vineyards surround this beautiful establishment. One can take a tour of the winery and vineyards with wine and food tastings for a reasonable fee. It was an absolutely wonderful stay.
