Situated just 1 km from Punta Arenas Beach, Innata Casa Hostal provides accommodation in Punta Arenas with access to a garden, a terrace, as well as luggage storage space. Lovely breakfast, very tasty, and the highlight goes to the amazing natural/homemade yogurt. My parents enjoyed so much they asked for the recipe. :) Location is also central, you can easily walk around, staff is very friendly.

Set in a privileged natural location with open views of Ultima Esperanza Bay, Altiplanico offers a hot tub and rooms with chic décor. Wi-Fi is free and downtown Puerto Natales is 2 km away. Very interesting architecture of the hotel, big comfortable room with modern bathroom (even floor heating). Breakfast was nice. Location is good, just short distance from town, 5min with car. Staff was extremely nice and helpful, specially Marcelo who helped us in urgent situation. There is parking in front of the hotel. Would definitely reccomend.

Clean and neat place. We were moved to king bedroom from queen bed upon request. My daughter got herself locked in the bathroom and staff was quick and very helpful. Restaurant staff was amazing too.

The location of this hotel is absolutely spectacular. The view from the hotel room was just amazing! We took a bus from El Calafate to Puerto Natales and wanted to drive straight to the hotel which is about 1 1/5 hour drive from Natales bus stop. To avoid unnecessary problems and delays, I had coordinated a transfer from and to Puerto Natales bus stop with the hotel. The hotel driver was waiting at the bus stop. We visited Milodon Caves on our way to the hotel (for which we had to pay extra 50 USD - though the caves are just on the road and not extra drive would be necessary. I presume we had to pay for the waiting time). The drive was otherwise perfect. After reaching the hotel we checked in and the stay from there on was just amazing. As already mentioned the location is spectacular, there are interesting and beautiful walks around the hotel. Breakfast was good. The hotel restaurant is also very good and offers many options - also vegetarian. Hotel also offers many activities like horse rides, trekking etc. Activities are very good, and like everything else in Patagoina very expensive. It is still worth the money - if you can afford it. The reception staff is very friendly and happy to inform about all the activities available - many activities depend on the weather, and it's better to book them at short notice. We were happy we decided to stay at this hotel instead of staying in Puerto Natales in spite of the this option being a bit expensive. It saved us a lot of time, and we enjoyed the stunning location.
