The personal is very welcoming and extremely organized. They made our stay very smooth, so smooth that we came back after the trek in Torres Del Paine and cancelled another hotel. The room is good and the bathroom too. The decoration is with good taste and the food is great, breakfast included! The hotel design is funky and we loved that! Love the green views everywhere. Will miss this hotel for sure. A must go in Puerto Natales.

Pampa Lodge, Quincho & Caballos se nachází v Torres del Paine, pouhých 7 km od vstupu do národního parku. Wi-Fi je dostupné zdarma. Views from both bedrooms were incredible, but the greatest surprise and enjoyment was the huge lounge room with panoramic windows facing the river and rugged mountains and horses grazing in the open fields. Breathtaking- the views were photograph perfect!

Room was small, but I didn’t need any more space. Bed was VERY comfortable and the staff were pleasant and spoke more English than I did Spanish. Would recommend.
