This has probably been the best hotel boutique I have stayed in. La House and decor are magnificent, the homemade food delicious, the servicie outstanding and such a pleasant atmosphere! Congrats! Wouldn't doubt in recommend this hotel to everyone!

Very kind staff, and beautiful facilities on the lake. The breakfast was excellent, especially the fruit selection. The staff were incredibly helpful - helped us book a guide for summiting the Volcan Osorno, prepared a breakfast for us to take early in the morning, arranged for us to use free bikes, set up free sauna visit. Overall a wonderful experience.

Located near the centre of Osorno and overlooking the city, this hotel offers accommodation with modern amenities, a gym and free WiFi access. Rooms at Sonesta Hotel Osorno feature a luxury décor. We thought the location was closer to the highway, but found out it was closer to the center of the city. The parking of the hotel is right in front of the entrance or also in the underground parking that is free for the guests. The staff were all very helpful, accommodating and always smiling. The complimentary drinks including coffee on our (each?) floor was really appreciated especially with cold and hot filtered water. The room was huge and we had a view to the river that was nice. Definitely will stay again if happens!

Palafito Verde Apart Hotel se nachází v Castru a nabízí apartmány s možností vlastního stravování a bezplatnou půjčovnu jízdních kol. Wi-Fi je dostupné zdarma. The place and views and bed and everything was just amazing. I think it was larger than most other rooms I've stayed in for the price range. I will most probably stay at this place again next time I'm visiting Castro, Chiloé.
