This has probably been the best hotel boutique I have stayed in. La House and decor are magnificent, the homemade food delicious, the servicie outstanding and such a pleasant atmosphere! Congrats! Wouldn't doubt in recommend this hotel to everyone!

Located near the centre of Osorno and overlooking the city, this hotel offers accommodation with modern amenities, a gym and free WiFi access. Rooms at Sonesta Hotel Osorno feature a luxury décor. Due to airline flight reschedule, we arrived later than expected -- this was not an issue, as my reservation was still in place. Our room was very large, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was outstanding, with so many choices of what to eat as well as healthy eating choices. And when I asked for "cream" for my tea, I was given the real thing, not whole milk or half-and-half -- and they remembered this every subsequent morning!!! Such a wonderful consideration! The Manager came to our (Raquel) table, introduced herself and was always present as we were coming and going for our visits with our friends. The cleaning staff was a great help, especially with the repositioning of the shower head and how to reset the thermostat. This was also followed up almost immediately from what we assumed to be the floor manager to be certain that we were comfortable. My friend and I are "mobility impaired" and it was a very, very pleasant surprise to have such close personal attention paid to our needs., even at checkout. We have never had such positive personal attention paid to us at any hotel we have stayed in the past 15+ years. And the price quoted was the actual cost for our stay -- AMAZING! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Palafito 1326 Hotel Boutique Chiloé was a delightful and charming boutique hotel. Our room was comfortable and clean with a lovely view of the inlet. The breakfast was very good with eggs, ham, cheese, fruit, yogurt and freshly baked buns and cake. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to find street parking, but also had the option of parking in a private lot across the street for additional cost. We ate dinner at the lovely restaurant next door. We would highly recommend this hotel.

A cosy living room with chic Alpine-style décor can be enjoyed just 200 metres from Llanquihue Lake. Picturesque Puerto Montt is only 25 km away. Wi-Fi and private parking are free. Kind and sweet owners who helped us with our late check ins and early checkouts, and even looked after our bags for us. Hotel is a lovely cute place right in the centre.

Great location right in front of the lake. We managed to get a wonderful garden view, the garden is so beautiful, it looks like it was out of a fairy tale. Staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, any queries we had, they were always a great help. Rooms were very nice and clean with big and comfortable beds. The bathrooms were very clean and well supplied with toiletries. Breakfast included was delicious, supplied with a variety of fresh and locally sourced items such as traditional southern kutchen, fresh eggs and fruit. The location was great, within walking distance to local artisan shops and the beautiful lake. We had a wonderful stay, thanks to the awesome staff at Hotel Frutillar!

Puerto Montt's waterfront is just 5 blocks from the hotel. -Very friendly front desk staff, who accommodated various requests including the insertion of my Marriott Bonvoy number -Great breakfast with lots of options available -Room is spacious and has a great bathroom -Hotel is only a 15-minute walk from the Plaza de Armas

This hotel is located in the centre of Puerto Varas, in front of Lake Llanquihue, offering views of Osorno and Calbuco Volcanoes. It features luxurious accommodation, a spa and free Wi-Fi. Clean and very spacious room (we had a king room with a lake view), nice desk for working in the room, welcome drink in the lounge, secure underground parking. Great stay!

Solace Hotel is located in a green area of Puerto Varas, 600 meters from the Llanquihue Lake shores. Excellent hotel with a very good location and breakfast. Bed very comfortable.
