We were caught in a snow storm and Zermatt was cut off from outside. There was no electricity for one and half days. But the hotel took really good care of us, provided food and drinks, charging place... let us stay for one extra night. We have to thank Daniel, who went out his ways to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We would definitely like to come again.

Výborná poloha hotelu, excelentní přístup při check in a check out. Pokoj byl velmi luxusně a vkusně vybaven. O hotel je velmi dobře pečováno a je vidět, že práce zde personál baví. Večerní kytara v baru a obrazy ve vlastní galerii umocňují jedinečnost místa.

Hotel Capricorn se nachází na klidném místě ve vesnici Zermatt bez aut. Nabízí nádherný výhled na Matterhorn a bezplatné Wi-Fi připojení na pokoji. Lokalita a naprosto úžasné snídaně.

The small Hotel Sarazena is located next to the train station in Zermatt and features a sauna. Rooms have an en-suite bathroom, cable TV and free WiFi internet access. Location of Sarazena is excellent, close to the train station and the Gornergrat railway, and close to the bus that takes you to the Matterhorn Glacier Express. Staff were polite, friendly and very helpful. The heated ski store room is a major bonus to ensure shi boots are toasty warm and dry the next day. My room was quite large and would be very comfortable for two people.

The ski-in Alpenlodge Superior is located on a sunny slope on the edge of Zermatt, offering panoramic views of the Matterhorn and free access to the wellness area. Velmi klidná lokalita, asi 10 minut od centra. Taxi v ceně ubytování. Skvělé a naprosto čerstvé snídaně. Krásný výhled na Matterhorn z terasy. Zajímavě řešený dvoupatrový pokoj s vanou a sprchou v pokoji.
