A conduzione familiare, insignito di 4 stelle e situato proprio sulle rive del Lago di Lugano, questo hotel offre ristoranti, il WiFi gratuito e una piscina all'aperto esposta a sud con accesso... The room was a decent size, clean, with enough storage, a safe, a professional Nespresso coffee machine and the bed and pillows were confortable. A balcony with a ashtray and a beautiful view. The hotel has a pool and a lake access, perfect for summer and the view from the pool was amazing. I’m not a fan of buffet breakfasts but, between the Gorgonzola, the dispensers of farmers honey, the fresh orange juice machine, the fresh bread and pastries, all sorts of teas, eggs, cereals, nuts, etc and the different types of coffee you can order, this one is devine! The staff was very welcoming and friendly.

Situato a 800 metri dal Palazzo dei Congressi Lugano e a 1 km dal lago, il moderno albergo non fumatori Hotel City Lugano offre camere eleganti e climatizzate, il WiFi gratuito nell’intero edificio e... Highly recommended from staff to facility. All the staff were very helpful and pleasant. Room is clean and nice. Would probably stay here again when we come back.
