The Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa enjoys a privileged and picturesque location in Interlaken, between 2 beautiful lakes at the foot of the eternally snow-capped Jungfrau. Our stay at the apartment was truly wonderful — we spent unforgettable days there, thanks to the beautiful view of the river and the apartment’s strategic location in the heart of Interlaken, close to restaurants and tourist attractions. The host was always in touch, very responsive, and extremely helpful. The property also has a lovely lobby area with comfortable seating, a section for electronic games, and refrigerators stocked with daily essentials like milk, eggs, and more. If I ever return to Interlaken, I will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a family-friendly place to relax and enjoy a happy vacation. In short: a perfect place for families, relaxation, and a memorable holiday.

Best hotel I have ever stayed and one of the best services I've had in a hotel. It is truly felt like home away from home. It was very close to interlaken west station . The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Our room had a wonderful view of the mountains. Breakfast was delicious with many options and they served fresh coffee and chocolate drink. Laundry is also available. Staff is excellent and very helpful. It is a family run hotel so they take care guest as family. Mr Jean-Louise was very accommodating and friendly who always greet us every morning is amazing and made our stay a memorable one. I would definitely recommend staying at this lovely hotel. We would definitely stay here again

Located in the heart of Interlaken, Hotel Interlaken is just a 5-minute walk from the Congress Centre and the Eastern Train Station. The oldest hotel in Interlaken - so beautifully maintained with a fabulous restaurant. Great breakfast. Good location. Loved our stay here. The balcony was an added bonus.
