Absolutely incredible location, as close as you can be to staying in a castle. Friendly staff that were happy to accommodate our late arrival and early departure. Really clean facilities.

The Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa enjoys a privileged and picturesque location in Interlaken, between 2 beautiful lakes at the foot of the eternally snow-capped Jungfrau. We liked the service, the staff, and the concierge in the breakfast restaurant. They are very friendly and very pretty. Also, the hotel was very quiet and had a fantastic location in Interlaken. The price was not cheap, but it was an exciting hotel with a great atmosphere. The housekeeping team was great and very kind; they cleaned our room twice daily when needed.

Friendly staff, great location, wonderful breakfast, they even have a lounge serving tea and coffee, guest can enjoy their own food and drink there. The lift is a plus. Beds are comfortable, a small fan in the room in case it get too hot.

Il Beausite sorge nella parte storica di Interlaken, a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro cittadino e dalla Stazione Ferroviaria di Interlaken Ovest. Il WiFi è fruibile gratuitamente. E stato solo per poco tempo ma è stato un bel soggiorno con tanto di personale molto gentile camere pulite e accoglienti
