Per chi non vuole camminare è disponibile un ascensore nella parte storica del paese che vi porta direttamente al Castello.

The Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa enjoys a privileged and picturesque location in Interlaken, between 2 beautiful lakes at the foot of the eternally snow-capped Jungfrau. Everything was excellent. The outdoor spa was a unique experience. The staff at the kids' club were very kind, and everyone in the hotel was extremely helpful. We even received a complimentary room upgrade. The hotel also provided a shuttle service to the train station. The town was small but charming, and the hotel is conveniently located in the heart of it.

The staff were fantastic! They assisted us with last-minute excursions, suggested a short program tailored to our needs, and customized our meals just as we wanted. In just three days, he made us feel like family. I hope to meet him again soon.

The breakfast is elegant, varied and delicious. The location is fantastic, close to Interlaken Ost station. The treatment and services are second to none. We thank the staff for their hospitality.
