The Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa enjoys a privileged and picturesque location in Interlaken, between 2 beautiful lakes at the foot of the eternally snow-capped Jungfrau. Super friendly and hospitable staff. We had our room booked and paid ahead of time, but when the staff noticed that we were less than satisfied they upgraded us with no extra cost. Concierge team are professionals and they go out of their way to provide whatever assistance required. Thank you for an unforgettable experience.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The towels were changed daily as well. 2. The breakfast was made up of bread, butter and other spreads, cold cuts, cereals, fresh fruits, yogurt, juice and coffee. It was enough to sustain us till mid afternoon. 3. The location was in Interlaken West, more on the quiet side of town. Very near train station and one can easily walk all the way to Interlaken Ost. 4. Hospitality - it was Sassa who received us when we arrived and she explained the house rules. On the succeeding days, it was Christine who met us for breakfast. I didn't get the name of the person in charge of housekeeping - she was awesome!

Central location, 5 mins away from train station, right next to small Japanese garden, making it look lovely. We got room upgrade to family room so really enjoyed our stay

The small Hotel Lötschberg enjoys a quiet location in the centre of Interlaken, only a 3-minute walk from the Interlaken West Train Station. Due to the weather condition we had to change our schedule. The owner took the time to evaluate together with us possible alternatives which we can plan for the day.

The Beausite is located in the historical part of Interlaken, a 5-minute walk from the town centre and the Interlaken West Train Station. Free Wi-Fi is available. everything was good! the breakfast was superb and a lot of variety. they also got rice for breakfast. so delicious the food. free parking space and all the staff so friendly especially waitresses for the breakfast. I enjoyed staying here. will come back soon. thanks
