Balneo Complex & Spa Aquatonik se nachází ve Velingradu, lázeňském centru Balkánu. Everything was excellent. The staff patiently answered our questions, even though we don't know the local language very well. It was my son's birthday, and the hotel gave us a surprise gift, which was unexpected and touching. The hotel didn't seem new to me, but it looks well maintained, and practically everything we used was in good working order.

A very cozy, clean, and warm apartment with a beautiful mountain atmosphere. Everything was perfectly organized — comfortable bed, spotless room, peaceful surroundings, and a real sense of relaxation. The location is wonderful: surrounded by pine trees and fresh air, quiet and calm, yet close to the center and ski lifts. The staff were polite and helpful, check-in was quick and easy.
